Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

· Manage to ensure a positive attitude of customer service with the primary goal being to exceed customer expectations related to product quality

· Ensure performance plans are set, maintained and continuously improved

· Respond to all requests for information in a timely manner

· Be collaborative in working with other team members

· Create monthly production and manpower plans

· Maintain safety and housekeeping requirements

· Maintain strict adherence to company policy related to policy and procedures

· Support monthly inventory cycle count process

· Provide written and verbal feedback for all areas needing corrective action

· Develop strong employee engagement plans

Required Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Pitney Bowes products a plus but not required

· Understanding of SAP applications a plus but not required

· Strong oral and written communication and organization skills

· Excellent listening, interpersonal and observation skills

· PC literacy including MS Office suite with Excel skills

· SAP proficiency in supply chain and logistics functions a plus

· Ability to work flex schedule during peak periods

· Ability to work well with others
