You are:

A self-motivated individual who will be supporting a global ecommerce and logistics solution. You are responsible for the end to end onboarding process to bring shippers of all sizes on to our services. Beginning with supporting the sales process you will partner with the sales and presales team to engage clients, demonstrate expertise and provide a consultative approach to ultimately help the team to land new client deals. You will be a key subject matter expert as it relates to technology, integration and be a subject matter expert on all Global E-commerce offerings. Key to your success will be your ability to effectively manage key stakeholders including project sponsors and technology managers across a wide variety of client profiles including but not limited to Fortune 500 companies. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge and insight into prospective client’s current operations and network design. You will handle multiple projects at once that will vary in scope, budget and duration. You are a strong collaborator who can work with global sales, engineering, product, compliance, logistics and support resources to ensure proposed deals are successfully onboarded and implemented.


You will:

  • Configure, setup shipping profiles based on SOW and requirements documentation

  • Manage all aspects of implementation projects including client satisfaction, project scope, change requests, project status tracking, coordination of internal tasks, and reporting of project KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Be visible and active with customers as at virtual and on-site meetings, when appropriate.

  • Manage project timelines and tasks to be completed by cross-functional resources to ensure projects meet key milestones.

  • Provide regular status reports and appropriate communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Stay current on ecommerce industry, technical & global logistics trends, and developments.

Your background:

As a Technical Project Manager, you have:

  • A strong background and expertise in ecommerce technology, business, logistics, and sales management

  • A minimum 3 years’ client-facing experience in Solutions Consulting / Sales Engineering / Project Management for complex enterprise solutions and services at executive levels in retail, ecommerce, or operations and logistics

  • Comfort with fast-paced communications, solution design & delivery, and issue resolution

  • Hands on experience in working with RESTful APIs, Postman, analysing data and proficient in MS technologies including MS Project

  • Strong familiarity with data integration technologies such as APIs, Flat File transfers, and EDI.

  • Understanding and experience working with retail ecommerce clients

  • Understanding of retail shipping and logistics strategies

  • Understanding of import, export and customs processes ideal

  • Preference for experience in fulfillment, parcel transportation, and 3 rd party logistics solutions

  • The ability to communicate at various levels, including C Suite, and across functional areas (technology, finance, logistics, ecommerce, etc.) All the way down to product level

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and experience

  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex solutions to non-technical audiences

  • Project Management and/or Business Analysis certifications are highly desired

  • A passion and commitment for success

  • Ability to travel as required (< 10%)
