You are:

A detail driven individual who will manage all aspects of the Presort equipment portfolio including purchasing, maintenance contracts and inventory for all sites. You are a loyal individual who will work closely with operations to promote client success while staying within company objectives and keeping a keen eye on capital budget working closely with finance.

You will:

  • Manage the AP/Asset Process by coordinating and assisting with customer equipment purchases including requests for Purchase Orders.

  • Manage onsite fixed asset inventory, evaluation of used equipment, inventory audit process and annual recertifications. Prepare new assets.

  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage hardware / software contracts for key vendors.

  • Review and submit all equipment maintenance and software invoices.

  • Accountable for month-end reporting and preparation of maintenance service overtime hours report.

  • Prepare, review and submit investment proposals with necessary financial analysis to support investment decisions.


Your background:

As a Capital Analyst, you have:

  • Knowledge of PC applications and Statistical reporting

  • Knowledge of PC Software programs, including proficiencey in spreadsheet and database applications in a Microsoft Office environment

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the mailing industry with an understanding of the Technology.

  • Strong Relationship and Project Management Skills

  • Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals and USPS postal regulations


  • Accounting knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of 33+ U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
