You will:

  • Help deliver a ‘best in class” client experience by performing regular Quality Audits

  • Provide coaching and support to agents

  • Strive to minimize or eliminate Client cancellations and non-value add interactions

  • Collect and Analyze Quality Audit data and trends to identify key areas of opportunity to drive continuous improvement

  • Help team members drive client adoption to ensure clients’ business needs are met and they realize the full value of their Pitney Bowes investments

  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand, support and drive actions to remove roadblocks and deliver an ideal client experience while resolving root causes

  • Proactively Identify innovative ideas to drive business improvements and be empowered to act, always putting our clients first

  • Provide cover and multi-channel support for Inbound teams


The wage range for this position is $24 / hr to 30 / hr CAD ($49900 - $62400 annual), with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

Your background:

As a Quality Analyst, you have:

  • The ability to fluently speak French (Canadian) and English

  • Strong Account Support and/or Client Relations knowledge

  • 3+ years’ experience of working in a contact centre environment

  • Proven Coaching skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

  • The skills needed to exercise good and effective time management prioritizing critical deadlines or tasks, commitments, and reporting needs

  • Familiarity with content management and CRM systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
