Job Description:

You are:

A self-motivated and fully bi-lingual contributor keen attention to customer service. You develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and have a strong ability to handle client escalations with strong aptitude to develop client satisfaction and education.

You will:

  • Take incoming calls from clients with regards to their billing inquiries, explain invoices-provide copies, assist in rectifying any billing discrepancies

  • Take payments (where applicable), advise of balance owing on account - if account past due, late fees

  • Assist Clients with the Pitney Bowes web, help register clients, navigate the web page

  • Create cases to back office/Reso to update account information- name changes, address changes

  • Use various online tools to find client identifying information

  • Communicate directly with clients via phone

  • Maintaining customer account information in all applicable systems

  • Directly interacting with all levels of management when faced with challenges

  • This position requires employee to be on the computer for the entire shift.

  • As time allows, assist with additional Client Solutions tasks

  • Manage Cases and follow up with clients and Departments to ensure complete resolution of client inquiry

You have:

  • Excellent French-Canadian written and verbal communications skills

  • Capable of making critical decisions

  • Highly organized, ability to manage change

  • Self-driven and motivated

  • Able to manage your time and work day with minimal guidance

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • The ability to learn new skills and systems in a timely manner
