Job Description:
The wage range for this position is $65000 - $75000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the Tampa office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
You are:
A Performance-driven Contributor who can support finance leadership in analytical and reporting needs. You are a Results-driven individual who will execute day-to-day FP&A activities like forecasting and budgeting alongside your teammates located in Tampa and interacting with our outsourcing provider.
You will:
Coordinate with business leaders across Finance, Accounting, Operations and Global Financial Services (GFS) business unit to develop assumptions used in financial forecasts
Prepare periodic budgets, plans, and financial forecast templates to analyze transactions
Report on key insights and trends to business leaders
Prepare analytics, presentations, and develop reports for use by management
Document current state processes, where they don’t exist, and be comfortable training others in service delivery
Ensure services provided by your team meet agreed to service level agreements (SLAs) and provide feedback to our service provider on their performance and SLAs
Your background:
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of finance experience
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment matrixed environment
Detail and deadline oriented
Experience with Excel and knowledge of financial systems
Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).
Preferred
SAP, Hyperion, SmartView, Anaplan, Oracle, or Essbase experience
Banking experience
Business case analysis experience
