As a Field Systems Specialist, you will install, service, and maintain a wide range of Pitney Bowes products for our always-expanding client base within your assigned geographic territory. You see opportunities where others see challenges.

You Will:

  • Install and configuresoftware applications and hardware peripherals.

  • Provide end-user trainingand create job aides for system administrators/operators.

  • Contribute to revenuegrowth through sales leads and billable professional services.

  • Deliver solutionsremotely and onsite

  • Work independently andmake decisions free from immediate direction of management.

  • Stay up to date oncarrier and industry knowledge.

  • Travel with overnightstays as needed, to complete installations and training.

Qualifications

  • Ability to adapt tochanging environment in the areas of products and technology, customerpersonalities and customer knowledge levels.

  • Ability to analyzehardware and software problems.

  • Understanding of DBconnectivity and record set manipulation.

  • Strong communicationskills both oral and written.

  • Understanding of networkconfiguration, operating systems, software, and hardware.

  • A valid driver's licensewith a clean driving record and reliable vehicle for daily travel tomultiple customer locations

  • Ability to work a flexibleschedule with travel as required and overtime if needed
