Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. You thrive on working independently or as part of a team, are excited about testing and learning from new marketing that have a direct impact on the brand and revenue.
Oversee and manage all travel arrangements (domestic and international) Generate itineraries and assemble travel packets; provide access to current travel information to all staff members
Responsible for all administrative duties, meeting planning, correspondence, filing, scanning, copying, handling visitors and phones, conference rooms, supplies, etc.
Arrange and schedule presentations, receptions, and public speaking engagements while maintaining minutes.
Prepares presentations, excel spreadsheets, organizational charts, and other administrative tracking materials as needed based upon work and actions needed
Act as the department project manager on activities such as professional programs, conferences, workshops and training
Researches new programs, processes and tools for more effective reporting. Responsible for developing new processes to support the CFO and senior team
Ability to utilize Salesforce, SAP, other ERP Automation Software, and any other programs necessary to support the business.
Create and oversee new Sharepoint site
Responsible for maintaining and soliciting new content for Inside PB front page, being the liaison with senior leaders and direct reports
Other duties as assigned
As an Executive Assistant, Marketing, you have :
5 years of experience supporting Executive Assistant support to one or multiple people
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Treat people with respect and uphold the organizational values
Follow policies and procedures; complete tasks correctly and on time
Ability to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows based software
Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite
Must have worked previously with Apple products (iPad, iPhone etc.)
Solid organizational skills and must be detail oriented
