As a Shipping Delivery & Performance Intern, you will work with the Sr. Director – Product Management in the Data Insight team to deliver a wide variety of vital Shipping products that will streamline the successful delivery execution of the fastest growing Commerce services portfolio in Pitney Bowes. You will work closely with our Data Science team to develop, prioritize and execute a roadmap of insights including dashboards, profiling and predictive modeling. Your Internship with Pitney Bowes will help you gain cross-functional working experience by collaborating with engineering, Product Management, finance, sales operations, marketing, sales, pre-sales, professional services, technical support, partners and customers.
Assist with Analysis and insight for various shipping solutions offering, particularly focused on delivery and SLA performance
Convert analysis and insight to business decision tools
Assemble existing material and author new materials on both new and existing products to support enablement activities for sales, partners, pre-sales and professional services.
Assist in creating Product Insight Dashboards enabling stakeholders to gauge the effectiveness of the product and its operational success or challenges
Project Manage some key “information output” focused activities of the engineering team to ensure successful delivery
As a Shipping Delivery & Performance Intern, you are:
Undergrad - Preferred year in school: Rising Senior or Senior or enrolled in MS/MBA program
Great written, communication, and research skills
Data obsessed, great at translating numbers into business insights and uncovering both the what and the why
Analytical and creative mind – balanced with a sense of humor
Fast, eager learner – very agile
Analytic tools like Power BI, other advanced statistical Analytics, Tableau (optional)
Academic or professional exposure in SCM preferably in small parcel (optional)
