Salary or Salary Range: $79,581 - $104,000 per year

As a Senior Financial Analyst, assist with report on labor productivity metrics. Document Standard Operating Practices (SOP’s) for key spend areas (labor and supplies). Partner with the regional warehouse leaders and warehouse supervisors to monitor key KPI's and implement operational excellence strategies. Analyze actual payroll to report labor hours and actual PPH (parcels per hour). Work with purchasing and Innovation teams on shipping supplies actual costs. Partner with the regional warehouse leaders to plan, forecast and evaluate business performance. Automate and optimize existing processes through assisting managers on using actual labor hours to forecast and budget PPH goals and reconciling labor questions from the locations, including employees coded to the correct cost centers. Provide regional warehouse leaders and warehouse supervisors with weekly and monthly operational and financial information and insights into the business performance. Generate Monthly P&L reports by location and analyze budget spend variances. Track weekly and monthly labor hours and PPH, analyze actual payroll to report labor hours, and assist manager with planning PPH goals for forecast and budget. 100% remote; May work from home.

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Business Analytics or a closely related field (a 3- or 4-year bachelor’s is acceptable) and at least 3 years of work experience in Accounting and Financial positions. Must possess at least 3 years of experience with ERP systems, specifically with SAP; at least 3 years of experience in Excel, including advanced Excel skills; at least 3 years of experience in General Accounting experience and an understanding of general accounting principles; at least 2 years of experience in Essbase/SmartView; at least 2 years of experience in Kronos timekeeping system and Workday (or similar Human Resource ERP); at least 2 years of experience in Financial Modelling; specifically, Labor analysis and P&L reporting; and at least 2 years of experience in Apex/Power BI/Tableau. Must possess demonstrable ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts to Senior Executives.
