You are:

An analytical minded individual who will be responsible for finalizing individual commercial contracts under 100k in revenue negotiated by sales vice presidents and sales directors in accordance with the under 100k process guidelines. You are {hardworking} and will be responsible for assisting the sales vice presidents and sales directors with interpretation of the guidelines/cheat sheets and drafting changes to terms the sales directors and sales vice presidents wish to negotiate.

You will:

  • Be responsible for finalizing individual commercial contracts under 100k in revenue negotiated by sales vice presidents and sales directors in accordance with the under 100k process guidelines

  • Be responsible for assisting the sales vice presidents and sales directors with interpretation of the guidelines/cheat sheets and drafting changes to terms the sales directors and sales vice presidents wish to negotiate.

  • Be required to upload contracts into SFDC and enter all applicable metadata.

Your background:

As a Sales Contract Specialist you have:

  • Excellent organizational, drafting, oral communication, business analytical, and time management skills.

  • The ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline oriented environment.

  • The ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong ability to assess when to escalate issues.

  • The ability to tactfully stand ground on issues, even under significant pressure.

  • Drafting skills, and familiarity with contract terms.

  • Sound PC knowledge, knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus.

  • The flexibility to work off-hours and after-hours, depending on field support.
