You are:

A Performance-driven Contributor who can leverage extensive datasets to generate impactful business insights to drive efficiencies in cost and performance within our network. You are a Loyal individual who will ensure a world-class consumer experience through performance management and maximize value by ensuring an optimal cost structure.

You will:

  • Identify opportunities through data analytics to drive final mile cost and cycle time improvement

  • Measure cost and performance of final mile network to ensure budget and SLA is being met and identify opportunities to improve cost and service

  • Parnter with Technology, Operations, Transportation, Product Management, BI and Finance to streamline both physical and digital aspects of the delivery and returns network

  • Analyze all elements of parcel data and develop useful insight tools to allow for accurate and proactive measurement and management of final mile performance and cost

  • Support make/buy analysis on alternate delivery solutions

Qualifications

As a Network Manager, Final Mile, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Operations Research or related field

  • 3-4 years of experience in Transportation/Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Operations Research or related field

  • Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst with particular preference in the general area of Logistics/Supply Chain

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with database (such as SQL) and business analytics tools (such as Tableau or PowerBI)

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Self-directed, with strong attention to detail and focus on solution design

  • Ability to deal with changing conditions and respond to customer requirements with a strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent written / oral communication skills to present findings, make recommendations, and drive change through others.

Preferred

  • Experience with Postal/zone skipping industry

  • Experience with statistical concepts (such as Six Sigma or Lean principles)
