A Proactive Leader who can architect and manage enterprise-wide Cloud/ERP Security and Phishing programs. You are a Loyal individual who thrive on investigation and you deliver with precision. You see opportunities where others see challenges.
This position will sit fulltime in Shelton, CT.
Actively lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and seamlessly
Ability to identify, provide and validate security requirements of IT solutions
Architect, Manage Zscaler solutions
Design, review and approve SAP Security Roles
Technical lead on Phishing testing exercises
Draft, modify and implement company policies
Collaborate with Engineering organizations to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
Assess NEW Products to identify possible Security risks
Identify Security issues that require follow-up or investigation
Discuss emerging Security issues with management or employees
Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes
Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities
Verify that software technology is in place to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas
As a Manager of Security Engineering/ Architect , you have:
Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
Knowledgeable and experienced in:
Experience as a Security Manager and Architect
Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure to enforce policies and reduce risk, they need the ability to persuade others to adhere to standards.
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Certified compliance professional is a plus
