Job Description:

You are:

A Proactive Contributor who can help the product management team implement new functionality for our financial systems. You are a Loyal individual who will drive employee and client satisfaction with our systems

You will:

  • Participate in development and implementation phases for new financial system projects by gathering and documenting requirements, supporting product managers and assisting with system and acceptance testing in an agile environment

  • Communicate with billing and finance operations personnel proactively to gather feedback on internal systems and processes and identify potential for improvements in them

  • Train finance operations personnel to efficiently use internal systems, especially when new functionality is rolled out

  • Consult sales and other client facing personnel to gather external client requirements and to train such personnel as needed

Your background:

As a Finance Systems Product Analyst, you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in financial projects

  • Experience interacting with technology personnel in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in data analysis using Excel, PowerBI, Tableau and other tools a bonus

  • Flexibility to participate in financial operational responsibilities when needed

Preferred

•Knowledge of basic corporate finance and accounting principles
