Passionate about owning and leading the development of our Global Payments Hub strategy. You see opportunities where others see challenges.
Lead the development and establishment of Pitney Bowes eCommerce Global Payments Hub serving as a shared service payment facilitator for Global eCommerce international platforms
Drive economic efficiency improvements within Global eCommerce existing processes and improving the profitability profile for the business unit
Own and lead the development of the strategy including driving underlying analysis against KPIs to develop organizational requirements and operating plans
Lead engagements with Global eCommerce geographic platforms to align and lead integration of global payment services support geographic expansion goals
Partner with the Director, Global Consumer and Commercial Payments to align payment processing and payment type needs into shared services Payments Hub
Identify and negotiate partnerships with Payment Service Providers around the world
Drive cost reductions by achieving lower payment processing rates for the Global Ecommerce business
Optimize the mix of payment methods offered to consumers around the world
Provide analysis of the Global Ecommerce business in support of strategic decision making
Act as the primary point of contact for any issues and driving the resolution of these issues with all third party Payment Service Providers
Partner with senior PB stakeholders to develop a service ability roadmap and deliver against timelines
As a Director of Strategy and Business Development, you have:
10 years' card payment industry business and leadership experience in payment processing or card acquiring institutions
Prior Payments Hub / Enterprise Payments Leadership experience with management responsibility for oversight and development
Specific Card Not Present (CNP) credit card industry experience
Prior global experience with expert level knowledge of global payment industry trends and merchant processing strategies.
Expert level knowledge and familiarity with global card processing and banking regulations
