Job Description:

You are:

A detail-oriented Individual who can ensure that our clients’ and customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner and resolved to their satisfaction. You are a pro-active individual who/ who can work with teams from some of the biggest International online retailers, international vendors and consumers, as well as other departments within the company.

You will:

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and professionally handle international consumers, retailers and company vendors globally, in a skilled and courteous manner by both telephone, ticketing system and email.

  • Open inquiries with various vendors using ticketing system and tracking the tickets to ensure responses.

  • Provide quality service and support by researching solutions and contacting the parties involved including logistics companies, freight forwarders, payment companies and other external and internal groups.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and following up to ensure an effective and satisfactory resolution.

  • Track and document all interactions in Borderfree proprietary order management and support systems.

  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

  • Contribute to the team and organizational efforts by accomplishing targeted results.

  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities, recommending improvements to management by to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer and client experience.

Your background:

As a Client Support Representative , you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in a Customer Service capacity.

  • Must be detail-oriented with analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Must be a “problem solver” with the ability to work simultaneously on various projects and bring resolution to problems independently.

  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.

Preferred:

  • Experience in ecommerce, online payments, credit card processing and/or logistics and freight forwarding is preferred

  • Multilingual

  • Experience in cross-border commerce or luxury eCommerce

  • Experience in Social Media

  • Knowledge in Salesforce and Cybersource
