As Business Development-Senior Product Manager at Pitney Bowes, you thrive on developing and executing the product and offer strategy for Sending Technology Solutions. You are passionate about delivering superior client experience and competing and winning in a dynamic market.

In this role, you’ll develop and implement innovative shipping, ecommerce, and PUDO SaaS solutions and associated business models to expand and drive adoption of the SendPro Platform into new markets. Includes definition of features, functions and capabilities, go-to-market strategies, partner eco-system development, and platform positioning. You are a thought leader that will work cross functionally with engineering, marketing, sales and product management to ensure business models are aligned with defined business goals and support targeted growth objectives.

You will:

  • Develop innovative business models to maximize the monetization of SendTech’s digital offers and technology assets

  • Develop the financial model and pricing strategy for partnerships and partner eco-systems

  • Drive the adoption and usage of SendTech shipping SaaS offers for large scale deployment

  • Identify and develop requirements of new features and functionalities to ensure success of business models

  • Develop partnerships and ecosystems to accelerate adoptions of offers

  • Engage and leverage broader STS shipping sales and BD teams in the execution of GTM and partnership strategy

  • Define and drive execution of end-to-end customer experience including customer support for partnership models

  • Responsible for financial and business outcomes of target partnerships

  • Define and articulate the product or solution value proposition in all target markets

Qualifications

Your Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital\SaaS business environments with demonstratable outcomes in business development and partnerships

  • Technical undergraduate or equivalent with advanced business degree preferred

  • Demonstrated success in creating value for all stake holders in a partnership

  • Experience in financial management and business case development

  • Experience in utilizing customer insights to drive product innovation

  • Experience in making product and solution tradeoffs to optimize customer value

  • Exposure to global business operations

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation/arbitration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Within our Sending Technology Solutions (STS) Product Management team, we provide a full range of Sending solutions to address the sending needs of our clients, from mail to parcels. Our solutions simplify complex sending workflows, reduce cost, offer discounted shipping rates and offer a seamless end to end management and insights of client’s sending operations.
