Job Description:
Has 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably managing SaaS software in an Agile environment. Has written user stories/requirements and led roadmap development.
Has experience leading requirements, capabilities, or program execution across cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, client care, and sales enablement. As a result of this individual’s leadership, cross-functional teams are aligned on priorities, requirements, and delivery dates end-to-end.
Working with technical colleagues, understanding the processes and data flows that are required to meet end-to-end requirements that deliver the intended client experience.
Deep knowledge of the issues, and can articulate trade-offs, risks, or opportunities associated with different approaches.
Self-starter who can progress issues independently for resolution, including escalating when appropriate.
Able to communicate effectively to leadership about priorities and project status.
Availability to work with colleagues across IST and EST time zones (preferably in a geography with overlap between IST and EST).
Experience in the shipping or e-commerce industry preferred.
Bonus if an individual has experience with security or subscription management.
