Job Description:

As part of the SendTech Client Communications Marketing team, you will help serve an important role in improving the client user experience and product performance. This role reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Product Onboarding and Activation and is responsible for managing in-app product guide content and analytics reporting using the Pendo application for clients on our Shipping 360 platform.

As the In-App Technical Content Specialist, Client Communications, you will:

  • Create and manage client-facing in-app technical guide content via the Pendo application with timely delivery and accurate segmentation.

  • Partner closely with the SendTech Product Management team to proactively identify in-app content needs using data and analytics.

  • Optimize UI/UX of in-app content via A/B testing and identifying ways to improve guide engagement and overall client experience.

  • Project manage the in-take and governance process for guide requests initiated by the SendTech Product Management and Product Marketing teams.

  • Provide custom reporting on product metrics and user behavior through Pendo and user behaviors to product managers within the SendTech Digital and Shipping team.

  • Provide insights to improve user experience or product performance.

  • Support effective Pendo in-app content QA and testing.

  • Troubleshoot with Pendo Support and Account team to solve any issues.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Pendo capabilities.

  • Assist in training other team members and stakeholders on how to create and manage content. effectively and how to consume analytics effectively via Pendo.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity and experience in user experience and user behavior research.

  • Strong competencies in data analytics.

  • Excellent time and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and written skills.

  • Detail oriented and capable of synthesizing data into insights.

  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented.

  • Willing to work independently with teams across time zones.

  • 1+ year of Pendo and SaaS experience is a plus.
