Job Description:

You are:

You are a performance-driven contributor who can manage all client activity while helping our customers receive the maximum results on their mailing campaigns in accordance to USPS regulations. You are team player who possesses clear verbal and written communications skills and who can be relied upon to exercise sound judgement when managing the expectations of our internal and external clients.

You will:

Manage and build client relationships with small to medium clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Provide in-depth presentations on a quarterly basis to assigned clients in person as allowed or via Teams meetings.

Actively engage representatives of named accounts via in-person visits, wellness calls (phone), emails to ensure and maintain client retention.

Analyze and evaluate required reporting to assure volumes, pricing and quality are appropriate and service level requirements are met.

Collaborate with general manager, operations, transportation, accounting, and quality control to minimize client issues

Actively prevent issues by providing recommendations to clients to improve mail quality

Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients' products and long-term business strategies and identifies additional revenue and business opportunities.

Negotiate contract renewals per Pitney Bowes Presort Services established rate card guidelines and obtains signed contracts for existing contracts up for renewal.

Weekly review of client account status, assist in collection calls, documenting activity

Represents Pitney Bowes Presort Services at industry events and tradeshows.

Obtain within the first year of employment and maintains MDP (Mail Design Professional) Certification.

Other duties as assigned to include front office administration (greeting visitors, copying/scanning documents, answering telephone.

Your Background:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you have:

A minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience

Ability to develop and grow long-term client relationships

Strong communication and negotiation skills including the ability to adapt style as needed

Computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to create PowerPoint presentations as well as proficiency in Excel by utilizing pivot tables, graphs, and formulas.

Ability to make sound decisions with the information at hand.

Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments with frequent interruptions.

Detail oriented a must

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Effective listening skills.

For completing this work, Presort Services receives discounted postage rates. By performing this sorting work on behalf of our clients, we are able to share a portion of that discount with them. Our national network of operating centers processes over 17 billion pieces of mail annually. We provide mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick-up at their location into delivery into the postal system network, providing optimal postage savings.
