As a Strategic Sales Intern, you will work with the Cross-Border Sales Manager on the Strategic Sales team in a variety of vital go-to-market activities that will accelerate the growth of our Cross-Border business for Retail. As a member of Commerce Services you will also help integrate various silos in order to find synergy among accounts and possible cross-sell opportunities. You will drive results by pre-qualifying prospects across the US, opening doors for sales executives, and providing a fresh perspective to the territories and sales process to further increase your impact across Commerce Services. Your Internship with Pitney Bowes will help you gain cross-functional working experience by collaborating with sales, finance, sales operations, marketing, sales, pre-sales, professional services, and implementation teams.
Assist with industry and account research and analytic activities
Assemble existing material and enablement for sales and pre-sales teams on the Retail Industry, specific accounts to provide new insight for our prospects.
Gather and synthesize information from Client Management, Implementation and finance and legal teams to create use cases.
Collaborate with Marketing to assist in the production of customer ready material.
Provide thorough competitive analysis on top 4 competitors by working with analytics and marketing teams.
As a Strategic Sales Intern, you have:
Undergrad - Preferred year in school: Rising Senior or Senior or enrolled in MS/MBA program
Great written, communication, and research skills
Analytical and creative mind
Fast, eager learner – very agile
Analytic tools like Power BI, Google/Adobe Analytics, Tableau (optional)
Enjoys reading up on the latest technology and retail trends
Provide the opportunity to grow and devlop your career
