A passionate trainer and facilitator who thrives on providing relevant training and education to client facing software sales teams and channel partners to excel in their client interactions. You are a trusted advisor who has the ability to translate product knowledge into formats relatable to our sales teams and customers.
You are located in any U.S. Major Market with close proximity to an airport.
Facilitate both Online and Face-to-Face classes in the following venues: Onboarding, Continuing Education, Weekly sales educational calls, as well as other training opportunities as identified by the business to enable our sales teams to maximize their sales efforts.
Collaborate with our Marketing, Product Management, L&D, and others groups to ensure the right training is delivered to the right audience, in the right format, at the right time.
Become a trusted advisor to the sales teams on all things sales enablement related.
Develop and deliver other sales tools (sales messaging guides, solution selection tools, playbooks etc) to assist our sales teams in selling Pitney Bowes products and solutions.
Understand how each product solution fits into the Pitney Bowes sales process.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you have:
10 years of experience in sales training, corporate education, product management or L&D.
Demonstrated expertise in building and delivering virtual and face-to-face classroom training to sales and technical audiences with expert sales experience and advice.
Solid understanding and the ability to communicate enterprise selling methodologies, techniques, and processes in software markets.
Ability to apply business acumen and knowledge to understand the challenges that clients and prospects have across multiple verticals. Strong teaching and facilitation skills.
Strong consultative skills to engage our sales teams to better position our product line.
Ability to work in a virtual team environment with other team members.
Ability to manage multiple high-profile and critical projects simultaneously.
Ability to travel up to 50% during busier training seasons.
Partner and channel training experience (preferred).
