An energetic Project Manager who will aggressively develop, implement, and drive project plans to completion to meet/exceed revenue objectives. You will consistently meet and work cross-functionally with internal partners and external clients to confirm deliverables, identify scheduling, and provide a timely and smooth transition from development to implementation.
Manage multipleprojects of significant business impact, scope, complexity and risk, whilemonitoring status, communicating project information to stakeholders, and deliveringrequired timelines.
Develop streamlined projectartifacts like schedules and milestones based on scope definition andtiming requirements.
Continuously assess project riskfactors and execute appropriate courses of action to mitigate withemphasis on timely project completion.
Obtain scheduling commitments fromcustomer, internal and external resources.
Manage expectation changes with thecustomer, internal and external resources and is responsible for customersatisfaction.
Identify additional professionalservice revenue opportunities.
Build effective workingrelationships with internal sales and service personnel.
Maintainleading-edge knowledge in the discipline.
PMP, CAPMcertification or formal project management certification highly preferred.
3 to 5years of Project Management experience, managing projects to meet criticaldeadlines while reporting to various stakeholders.
A Business orindustry related bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience isrequired.
Experience withMicrosoft Project or similar software package and proficient with entireMicrosoft Office Suite required.
Proven leadership,communication, and writing skills coupled with strong interpersonal, andrelationship management expertise.
Ability to workeffectively in a virtual team scenario.
Strongunderstanding and working knowledge of computer hardware, software,networking, operating systems and applications, a plus.
Understanding oflogistics, transportation industry and Mass Mail Service, a plus.
Travel required forthis position 25% or less.
