Job Description:

The Job

  • Support operationally large scale .Net application for meeting defined SLAs.

  • Design, develop, code and test software systems, or applications for software as when needed.

  • Collaborate with developers, interaction and visual designers, and business stakeholders to deliver responsive user experiences on schedule.

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable operational automation process and code.

  • You will be responsible to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

  • Practice Agile methodologies.

  • Have the drive and passion to ensure consistent end-to-end user experience.

Qualifications & Skills required

Strong knowledge of .NET web framework

  • UG - B. Tech/B.E./MCA

  • 2-4 years developing and maintaining web-based applications.

  • Proficient in .Net/,Net Core, C# and VB.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS with a good knowledge of their ecosystems.

  • Good to understanding of monitoring tools – Dynatrace, SCOM or any other.

  • Strong understanding of AWS or any other cloud platform and supporting cloud infrastructure and services.

  • Strong understanding of support processes with SLAs, ERT, ORT.

  • Ability to triage and publish RCAs for scalable systems issues.

  • Understanding of object-oriented programming.

  • Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

  • Comfortable with Rotational shifts preferred.

  • Supporting large scale distributed application operations

  • Excellent grasp on support process and monitoring

  • Agile methodologies, pair/peer programming, collaboration with developers

  • Working closely with server-side and ISS teams

Good to Have

  • Good to have understand of DevOps tools – Jenkins, Ansible.

  • Familiarity with Angular

  • Skill for writing reusable libraries.

  • Experience with popular web application frameworks.
