Job Description:

You are:

A high performing B2B Financial Services marketer, with experience in business lending. A thought-leader, you have a track record in creating, and executing, marketing strategies to support Partnerships and Field Sales. Passionate in driving new business and reaching new customers through a variety of channels and industries to maximize brand awareness and drive engagement throughout the funnel.

You will:

  • Partnerships (such as fintech lenders/marketplaces, purchasing groups)

  • Work closely with the Partnerships team and develop a marketing playbook that covers brand, voice, channel mix and other tactics to fully maximize potential from each partnership

  • Engage with external Partner marketing teams to agree marketing strategy, KPIs and execution protocols; ensure channels across Partner and Pitney Bowes assets are maximized and appropriate additional channels evaluated

  • Create separation of message and segmentation across different Partners where appropriate

  • Knowledgeable on data sharing protocols to support audience selection/creation, delivery of combined insights and analytics

  • Field Marketing/Sales Enablement

  • Develop close relationship with Sales Leadership and team and optimize our go-to-market strategy; influencing direction and challenging appropriately to position marketing as a core partner to deliver success

  • Understand key customer/industry business segments and formulate plans to build awareness, interest and leads for Direct Sales team to engage

  • Work closely with Sales Operations to support sales teams with content, marketing templates, relevant collateral to support Sales

  • Deliver Demand Gen marketing strategy and execution, track performance against KPIs and drive shared ownership across Sales, Sales Operations, and broader business to identify resources and investment to hit and exceed business targets

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to take value proposition and enhance by channel and sales team

  • Experience with Trade Events, newsletters and other third parties (e.g. GPOs) to support brand awareness and demand generation in key industries

  • Bring urgency and focus to the role: demonstrate high work ethic to achieve results, bring best practices into consideration

Skills and Experiences

  • 8-10 years of Partnership of Field Marketing in Financial Services

  • Deep understanding of the Business Lending industry in the Small to Mid-size

  • Strategic thought leader; Independent thinker and doer with strong organizational skills

  • Strong relationship skills to work closely with external partners/clients and form symbiotic relationship with Global Financial Services sales teams

  • Hands on analytical background to optimize marketing strategy, segmentation, and track against performance indicators

  • Communication: Dynamic written and presentation skills, ability to influence with impact, substance, and concise messaging
