You are:
An Ambitious Contributor who can bring a disciplined approach for introducing and helping drive change in the business through analyzing trends and outcomes with the data and providing information and possible solutions to the operations team with a high level of data integrity. You are a Forward thinking individual who is willing to develop new tools and strategies using analytics solutions to transform raw data into highly impactful business decisions through data storytelling and advanced analytics.
You will:
Develop awareness of how business operations work and help stakeholders explore technology possibilities to help more effectively excute on their roles
Assist client and internal operations clearly understand and address business problems and issues
Define and document company-wide business metrics and relevant data sources
Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to effectively further develop a data governed platform aligning our data integrity rules with data sets
Follow internal processes and procedures to track and monitor requests and progress
Review and monitor metrics to provide awareness into trends or anomalies while identifying potential data governance opportunities
Qualifications
As a Business Analytics Analyst, you have:
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Strong knowledge of SQL along with relational and dimensional databases
Strong working knowledge of open source tools and advanced modeling
Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of tools including PowerBI and the Power Platform
Strong organization skills and attention to detail with a problem solving aptitude
Solid presentation skills in front of small and large groups
Preferred
Mailing and/or shipping industry a plus
Experience with Snowflake, Python or other platforms

Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of 33+ U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
