Job Description:

Pitney Bowes is hiring Full Tim e Direct Hire Material and Package Handlers in out Hebron. KY Facility!

$16.50 per hour

2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Material and Package Handling not limited to:

daily picking, shipping, and kitting of orders

labeling packages

cycle counting

unloading containers

receiving and product putaway

replenishing product and/or materials

scanning and sorting packages

Picking – Ability to walk for extended periods of time. Will be using a handheld RF with ring scanner. Must be able to identify and match numbers. Attention to detail and some problem solving involved.

Shipping – Ability to stand in one spot for extended periods of time. Must be able to navigate using our internal shipping application. Attention to detail and quality focused.

Kitting – Ability to stand in one spot for extended periods of time. Fast paced environment packing items with exact placement. Attention to detail and quality focused.

Scanning and sorting- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Will be using a handheld RF Scanner. Attention to detail for accuracy.

Ability to:

adhere to all proper facility and safety guidelines

to learn and use RF Scanner

utilize safe lifting techniques with or without accommodations

lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations

walk, stand, stoop, sit and bend for long periods of time with or without accommodations

see, hear and read with or without accommodations

maintain daily quality and quantity of production targets

follow customer specifications to pack and ship orders
