You are:

A Proactive Contributor who can help the Platform Management team design and implement new functionality for integrating our automation and robotic systems. You are a Forward thinking individual who will drive employee and client satisfaction with our systems.

You will:

  • Participate and guide aspects of internal automation and robotic system integration software assets and future strategy. Work with team to drive Product Lifecycle including design, development, and implementation phases for new integration and reporting technologies by gathering and documenting requirements, supporting other product managers, and assisting with system and acceptance testing in an agile environment

  • Communicate with Industrial Engineering and Automation Program Leadership personnel proactively, who are working with Operations and gather requirements and feedback.

  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to both business stakeholders and project teams

  • Gather & refine customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

  • Partner with Software Engineering team to drive requirements through acceptance testing processes.

  • Analyze and report on industry trends. Provide guidance and ownership of Integrator product roadmap.

Your background

As a Product Manager, Logistics Automation , you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis or Product Management role, preferably in logistics or robotics

  • Ability to lead, inspire, and organize work

  • Experience interacting with technology personnel in an Agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban etc.)

  • A proven ability to analyze business requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and translating these requirements into detailed User Stories, Features, and Epics

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with extensive experience in data analysis using Excel, Visio, PowerBI, Tableau and other tools to create visual process and operational workflow artifacts

  • The ability to understand and discuss technologies and existing frameworks/platforms (e.g., database schemas, APIs, file transfers, etc.)

  • Communication skills to represent roadmap and progress to different levels of stakeholders including Directors and VPs

  • Skills to identify and establish scope of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, scope, outcome criteria, and metrics

  • The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • In-depth knowledge of the Transportation/Logistics industry
