You are:

You will:

  • Develop and implement, under supervision, an onboarding program for newly hired salaried employees

  • Assess what needs to be in the program using a gap analysis and interviewing recent new hires on their experience

  • Determine the structure of the program, beginning at the offer letter

  • Assemble content, examine the experience from the perspective of the new hire

  • Include culture and stories that reflect the PB brand

  • In addition to the digital component, include opportunities for face time and create opportunities for existing employee to reach out to their new colleague.

  • Include L&D opportunities and the ways PB invests in its employees

  • Create a pilot program, test your ideas, measure outcomes and build on what worked best.

Your background:

As an Employee Experience Intern, you have:

  • Business Administration major

  • Strong Project management and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • A fast learner and someone who take the initiative

  • Ability to take general direction and produce specific results

  • Capable of soliciting and accurately documenting process flows and business requirements

  • Ideal: Project Manager with Design Thinking experience

Our Team

Our Presort Services team is a national outsource provider of mail presort services for first-class and standard-class mail in the U.S. and a workshare partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our Presort Services network provides mailers with end-to-end solutions from pick up at their location to delivery into the postal system. Through our network of more than 35 U.S. locations, and with our fully customized proprietary technology, we process approximately 15 billion pieces of mail annually and are able to expedite delivery and optimize postage savings for our clients.
