Job Description:

We have amazing people who are the driving force, the inspiration and foundation of our company. Our thriving culture can be broken down into four components: Client. Team. Win. Innovate.

We actively look for prospects who:

  • Are passionate about client success.

  • Enjoy collaborating with others.

  • Strive to exceed expectations.

  • Move boldly in the quest for superior and best in market solutions.

You are:

A disruptive marketer. An inventive thinker. A resourceful tinkerer. You want to play a central role in creating and bringing innovative new marketing ideas to life. You know how to be the utility player, the swiss army knife, the jack-(or jill)-of-all-trades. You know how B2B and B2C marketing processes work, but have a irrepressible urge to come up with ways to make them better. You have no problem diving into the details and reworking everything from internal communications to sales processes to marketing tools/operations and reporting. You’re self-sufficient, resourceful and scrappy—able to run a campaign, build a gamification program, design a marketing workflow, or even QA some data. Meanwhile, we’ll give you the opportunity to help manage one of the most innovative and disruptive B2B marketing programs in the industry.

You will:

  • Own employee engagement with our innovative new platform of Best Order Experience (BOX) tools—designing gamification programs, enrollment campaigns, educational communications & training

  • Work with product marketers to develop new ways to incorporate BOXtools into the day-to-day lives of our client-facing employees—and our clients themselves

  • Work with data and engineering teams to help us improve existing and design new BOXtools that take available data, novel ideas, industry expertise, and breakthrough interaction models to deliver market-leading insights to our clients and employees

  • Train and mentor other marketers and client-facing employees on how to use BOXtools to make the client experience easier, make our marketing efforts smarter, and create greater market awareness of Pitney Bowes

Your background:

As an End User Adoption Marketer you:

  • Have tremendous intellectual curiosity and ability/desire to learn quickly

  • Come to the table with a solid-bordering-on-savant understanding of B2B and B2C marketing

  • Have a passion for ecommerce and the digital economy

  • Have a great attention to detail and ability to synthesize and communicate your ideas and insights to others: must have a keen ability to tell a story to influence & persuade others

  • Have a passion for using technology (no-code/low-code tools) to automate and solve common problems

  • Have a keen sense of how to creatively market products and programs in ways that are attention-grabbing and novel

  • Have experience (and enjoy) working on a lean, startup-type team where you have to wear multiple hats and find resourceful ways to solve problems

Preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience working in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably with some ecommerce experience. Examples of past marketing campaigns/deliverables will be requested as part of the interview process.

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

  • Strong skills in MS Office, task management, remote work arrangements

We will:

• Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career

• Offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas

• Deliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organization

• Offer comprehensive benefits globally ( pbprojectliving.com )
