You are:

A resultsdriven Leader who will thrive in a fast-paced team centered production environment with responsibility in all aspects of Quality Assurance, GMP, Inventory Control Processes and associated Training in the commerceindustry . You are a detailoriented and instrumental contributor to our company’s success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings by ensuring we comply with our Cycle Count Program, Quality Assurance Audit and Ben Accuracy through selecting, coaching, training and developing team members.

You will

  • Plan, organize, direct, and manage all inventoryactivities and teams for CVG.

  • Ability to think and respond quickly, and adjustschedules and operating plans in response to unplanned events. Partner withother departments to coordinate inventory activities (physical inventory etc.).

  • Ensure cycle count program is compliant and iscompleting its primary role of uncovering root causes.

  • Lead improvements to processes throughpartnerships with account management and Operations management. Update SOP’sbased on improvements.

  • Lead training initiatives to improve processcost, accuracy, and performance throughout the organization.

  • Improve and prepare department KPI’s andreporting to drive results in quality, CNF resolution time, and bin accuracy.

  • Collaborate with inventory teams ininvestigating, finding root causes, and correcting process issues with ouroperations partners.

  • Interview, select, coach, train, mentor anddevelop inventory leadership personnel.

  • Meet with clients to resolve inventory relatedissues.

  • Inventory shrinkage must be kept within customerSLA’s.

  • Must ensure inventory contractual obligationsare met.

Your background:

As an Inventory Control Manager, you have:

  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with orwithout accommodations.

  • The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80%of the time with or without accommodation.

  • Strong fulfillmentbackground in either operations or inventory with a working knowledge of WMSand Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, etc.

  • Able to effectivelyprioritize and handle simultaneous responsibilities with strong written andoral communication skills, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologiesand the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business,operations or related field is preferred but not required.

  • Strong leadership skills to effectivelymanage fulfillment personnel across multiple clients by leading, motivating andmentoring.
