A Performance Driven Individual who will grow Pitney Bowes market share in the mid-tier mailing market segment in an assigned geographic area. You are Relationship-Oriented and will act as a consultant to customers offering solutions for the efficient preparation and management of documents, packages, mail and other forms of messaging, in both physical and digital form This helps them connect with their customers to build loyalty and grow revenue.
Achievethe assigned total sold quota target including quota from mail finishing,solutions and conquest business sold to current PB customers, competitiveand non-users.
Partnerwith dedicated tele-sales and retention resources to ensure completeterritory and account coverage. Leverage resources to assist in makingcustomer contacts, validating applications, identifying new salesopportunities, conducting DNA and assist with closing business on an asneeded basis. Ensure complete territory and account coverage. Partner withretention resources to assist with “at-risk” customers to resolve issuesand assist in retaining customers as needed.
Ensurethe timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of all salesactivities and customer/competitive information through ongoing usage ofapproved sales automation tools – i.e., Salesforce.
Providean accurate forecast of personal sales results. Continuously review allopportunities in the sales pipeline and advance the stage of the sale toprovide an accurate record of sales activities and monthly results thatroll-up to the sales forecast.
Executesales contacts based on campaign requirements, sales leads and othernational sales execution requirements.
Takepersonal accountability to complete all assigned training, certificationand personal development requirements as required.
As a Major Account Manager, you have:
2years or more of proven sales success.
Provenability to personally execute the solutions sales process, developing newand building account relationships to consistently achieve and exceedsales goals and business results.
Provenuse of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
ValidDriver’s License and clean record
Abachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Strongknowledge of the mailing and print industry is preferred but not a must.
