Job Description:
Internal Communications Specialist
Locations – Bielsko-Biala, Poland (partial remote)
We are looking for a passionate, articulate, versatile coordinator with corporate experience to drive effective communications which engage targeted communities and coordinate key initiatives which drive our Innovation strategy and vision.

Job Responsibilities
Internal Innovation Communications
Driving effective communications ensuring clear priorities, empowering managers to lead their teams, and encouraging outreach and participation
Proactive scheduling of communications, campaigns, reminders and activities
Crafting and supporting internal communications such as articles, web pages, announcements, memos, newsletters, etc.
Copywriting, editing, content design, and presentations
Responsible for communications through a variety of channels to reach targeted internal audiences
Measuring and improving the effectiveness and impact of communications and engagement levels
Manage Key Innovation Initiatives
Creating and coordinating executive level presentations, materials and other content
Coordinating operational projects which have large communications or change management components
Setting, driving and tracking project timelines, goals, and deliverables
Collaborating with various stakeholders and building tight alignment and partnerships within and outside the organization
Measuring success, process improving and implementing retrospective learnings
Supporting initiatives centered around Innovation celebrations, change management, strategic kickoffs, business continuity, security, competitive awareness, etc.
Driving our team presence
Support the driving of an engaged and high performing team with a growth mindset
Internal storytelling & crafting impactful messaging to elicit excitement, engagement and inspiration across the team
Planning, promoting and hosting events, campaigns & social gatherings
Driving engagement within and around the Innovation, Client Experience & Design Thinking Communities
Partnering with leadership on key initiatives and communications
Coordinating the Innovation Calendar of events and important dates
Qualifications
Your background:
As an Innovation Operations & Communications Coordinator, you have :
Background in internal corporate communications
Worked with executive level leadership and global audiences
Strong background in American language copywriting and editing
Articulate storytelling ability
Passion for eliciting exciting excitement and engagement
Experience measuring engagement, outreach and participation
Recent experience in content creation, design and editing (including executive level PowerPoint presentations)
Experience coordinating projects and events with cross-functional stakeholders
Track record managing, tracking and coordinating project deadlines and deliverables
Strong business acumen and best practices from corporate roles
Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional work experience in roles such as communications coordinator, internal communications specialist, project coordinator, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing) or equivalent professional experience
Preferred experience but not required:
Experience publishing content via a CMS, using content templates, adhering to guidelines (editorial style, corporate voice, etc.), and following established internal processes (reviews, approvals, editorial calendars, etc.).
Experience working with Microsoft Teams
Experience working with Mural or any Design Thinking Certifications
Visual communication skills in non-written forms (information/content design, video, audio)
