You are:
A Forward thinking Contributor who can analyze our internal, workforce related application user experience, identify opportunities for improvement, and be enthusiastic about delivering a great user experience.
You will:
Analyze the user experience for our internal, workforce related applications and provide insights into areas of improvement
Leverage methodologies including A/B testing and VOC to monitor results and document learnings
Support and partner with our Product Lead for onboarding, release, and configuration of new internal applications and features
Collect quantitative and qualitative insights to help Product Leads make data-driven decisions
Support project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development with a focus on gathering requirements
Collaborate cross functionally to develop and write user stories for new project initiatives
Provide support on testing our internal applications before they become available to internal users
Coach and provide training sessions on how teams can use our platforms and applications
Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot platform-related issues and work to identify, resolve, and/or triage the issue
Oversee and track the rollout and release of new applications and features to ensure that implementation is following the right life cycle process
$78000 - $97000 per year
Your background:
As an End User Adoption Lead you have:
Proven experience with tangible results taking a product from an idea to a go-to-market solution
Worked within complex, fast-moving environments (ideally Logistics or Manufacturing)
Had success in transformation, change, and lean, continuous improvement environments
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels
Experience in troubleshooting web application issues and providing support
Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement
Experience with software development life cycle
Experience with Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar)
Experience with creating Email Marketing campaigns (Sendgrid, Mailchimp)
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and can apply user-centered design thinking to solve problems
A self-starter attitude with a track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams in parallel
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, or a related field
Preferred
3-5 years of ecommerce / digital product marketing experience
