Da ta Engineer: Hybrid position; must work at least 1 day in the office per week Approximately 40 hours per week; salary for this position is $149,282.00 per year.
As a Data Engineer, develop/maintain data warehouse pipelines using Python, Snaplogic, SQL Server, and Snowflake SnowSQL for performance, reliability, durability, data quality, security and SLA expectations. Work with cloud streaming technologies (Kinesis and Kafka). Analyze, design, build, test, implement and automate integration technology solutions. Automate data audit, validation and monitoring processes. Write SQL queries against MS SQL and Snowflake databases. Provide production support for Data Warehouse issues. Ensure accurate and timely data availability to meet business SLA. Document data pipelines and data warehouse processes and flows. Work with business analysts to understand requirements and develop solutions. Use technologies and methodologies like dbt and Data Mesh to develop data solutions. At least one day in the office per week.
Must possess at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Data Science, Information Systems or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role. Must also possess At least 1 year of experience with SQL and Python; at least 1 year of experience with SQL Server, Snowflake and SFTP; at least 1 year of experience with API Integration and data pipelines; at least 1 year of experience with Snaplogic, and Informatica; and at least 1 year of experience with Tableau; and Certification or equivalent experience with AWS cloud.
