Job Description:

The wage range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

YOU WILL:

  • Join the team onsite at the Atlanta Presort Services facility and provide remote support to employees located in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Charlotte. Travel required 15%.

  • Consult with leaders and employees in the areas of employee relations, change management, performance management, HR initiatives, conflict management, and organizational restructuring. 

  • Address complex employee relations issues and investigations both on site and remotely.

  • Assist in the implementation of change management strategies and develop recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives based on metrics and survey data.

  • Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence on communications, projects, and changes that affect the employees.

  • Partner with business leader(s) on implementation of key performance initiatives including diversity and inclusion.

  • Support leadership development and succession planning activities.

  • Work in an environment that includes nights and weekends and will require shift flexibility to support the team.

      

Qualifications

  • 7 or more years’ HR Generalist experience including employee relations investigations, HR policies/practices, and compliance

  • 3 or more years’ experience supporting large hourly employee base in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment

  • Possess solid working knowledge of HR systems and processes (Workday preferred).

  • Competency in conflict resolution and problem solving

  • Must be able to work under a high degree of independence and able to make HR decisions on behalf of the company.

  • Demonstrate high degree of emotional intelligence, business, and financial acumen

  • Bilingual Spanish is a preferred qualification
