Job Description:
The Quality Assurance and Process Training Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement by driving top tier quality assurance via process training, retraining, auditing techniques to ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures and best practices for technical and automation systems.
Execute all new associate training and retraining efforts, working closely with the facility Employee Experience Ambassador, Network Training Team, and PBs Employee Experience Leaders
Assess and certify new associates following certification procedures specific to job functions.
Work directly with Operations facility management team reviewing operational requirements and ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures.
Provide insights surrounding key performance indicator gaps and ensure accurate and timely measure of key business success metrics.
Drive continuous improvement culture and initiatives through successful partnerships with various Pitney Bowes business groups, supporting operations in pursuit of all cost and service goals.
Complete multiple audit functions promoting process excellence and root cause analysis. This includes but is not limited to container audits, package audits, and facility operations audits. The goal is to document, measure, and drive the behaviors to support client service expectations.
Provide cross-functional interaction with departments such as transportation, account management, and technology.
Identify process changes and update SOPs as needed.
Identify process opportunities to increase productivity and reduce processing failures to promote high quality processing.
Work with engineering to ensure the SOPs are accurate and processes are running as designed and identify improvement opportunities.
Work with Loss Prevention, Safety, and other internal groups to ensure all processes are monitored and reviewed.
Update and maintain audit forms and processes as local operating conditions change and evolve.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information systems, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify issues and stand up and defend the correct work methods and procedures
• Able to work and address different levels of an organization
• Must be a team player with ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with little supervision
• Proficient in MS Office
• The ability to work within MS Excel
• Knowledge within WMS systems
• Knowledge of supply chain management and/or general knowledge on parcel shipping
The wage range for this position is $52000 to $65000, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
This position is eligible for quarterly field bonus.
