Job Description:
The Enterprise Account Manager- eCommerce will be managing the day-to-day sales and account management elements of established high-value Enterprise clients with a focus on addressing scalable eCommerce needs aligned with Pitney Bowes suite of solutions. As an Enterprise Account Manager- eCommerce , you will be responsible for identifying, upselling, and expanding new and existing opportunities within assigned accounts while ensuring the retention of key clients in the region.
This position will primarily serve clients in the state of Georgia and does have a geographic requirement of living in Georgia, US. The total compensation for this role is $110000 - $180000 per year including incentive pay with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements. This position includes a sales bonus element predicated on sales performance that rewards both attainment and overachievement.

You will:
Join our Sending Technology Solutions (SendTech) team working from a remote home-based office and report to the Regional Sales Director
Engage effectively with multiple levels within accounts to uncover problems and KPIs to drive business outcomes
Interact daily with end users, acquisition partners, contracts management, accounts payable, functional IT personnel, security IT personnel and other account influencers
Diagnose problems accurately and work inside and outside of the internal chain of command to resolve these expeditiously
Partner with internal resources to in making customer contacts, validating applications, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting discovery and lead the with closing of business
Accurately log all sales activity in a timely manner through the usage of approved sales automation tools – i.e., Salesforce, MS Outlook, Seismic
Manage your business pipeline with truthful representation of opportunities and progression of stages and forecasting categories as defined by SendTech leadership
Provide precise monthly and quarterly forecast of expected sales results
Work with an internal team of Product Specialists and Pre-Sales Consultants to execute against target and retention objectives
Attain sold quota by retention and organic growth within existing client base and through the acquisition of new logos for SendTech
Take personal accountability to engage in professional development and complete all assigned training, certification and development requirements as well as demonstrate an aptitude for professional growth outside of the internal requirements
Your Background:
3 + years of SaaS sales experience in the eCommerce space
8 years of Enterprise Sales and Account Management (combined)
Experience across multiple industries, selling diverse hardware and software solutions
Strong business acumen, hierarchy understanding, and excellent business operations knowledge Challenge, SPIN, Thought selling
Proven ability to manage and negotiate complex contract Terms and Conditions
Strong knowledge of technology sales processes (Software and Hardware) and proven understanding of the drivers of this type of sale
Experience selling a subscription service in the eCommerce space
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
