As a Tier 1 Integrated Solutions Support Desk Agent, you will work with a Team of subject matter experts to provide shipping solutions support for a diverse customer base through multiple channels. You will also drive content creation to improve our knowledgebase for internal and external clients. This empowers our customers to manage their workflow as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You Will:

  • Answer emails and prioritizingthe level of urgency based on the circumstance

  • Provide outstanding, professionalclient service through phone support utilizing the Pitney Bowes Field ServiceCRM Platform and various other technologies.

  • Inbound andoutbound phone support, chat support, email support

  • Utilize remoteand virtual technology to solve customer issues

  • Troubleshootinghardware, software, and multi-function devices

  • Create andprovide documentation and articles for web self help

  • Analyze customerdatabases and develop reports

  • 2 years IT HelpDesk/software support experience preferred

  • Experience withprogramming languages or SQL servers

  • Associate’sdegree or greater in Information Technology program preferred

  • A /N preferredcertifications preferred

  • Working knowledgeof windows OS and Networking topologies/functions

  • Strong communicationand customer service skills required

  • Knowledge ofLogistics and Carrier requirements a Plus

We segment our SMBSolutions business between our North America operations, comprising the U.S.and Canadian businesses, and our International operations. We are a leadingprovider of postage meters and have approximately one million meters installedin North America and over three-hundred thousand meters installed elsewhere.
