Pay range is $22 - $25 / hour

You are:

A result driven individual who will thrive in an Inventory Control Process and associated Training in the commerce industry . You are a detail oriented and instrumental contributor to our company’s success in meeting productivity standards and customer satisfaction ratings by ensuring we comply with our Cycle Count Program, Quality Assurance Audit and Ben Accuracy through selecting, coaching, training, and developing team members remotely to comply with the established SOP.

You will:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and manage all inventory and maintenance parts activities inside the Central Supply area under direction of the Maintenance Leadership Team.

  • Ability to think and respond quickly and adjust ordering and shipping plans in response to unplanned events.

  • Partner with other facilities to coordinate inventory activities (physical inventory etc.).

  • Ensure cycle count program is compliant and is completing its primary role of uncovering root causes.

  • Assist in improvements to processes through partnerships with account management and Maintenance management.

  • Improve and prepare department KPI’s and reporting to drive results in quality, CNF resolution time, and bin accuracy.

  • Collaborate with inventory teams in investigating, finding root causes, and correcting process issues with our operations partners.

  • Meet with Maintenance Leadership and GEC sites Maintenance Managers to resolve inventory related issues.

  • Inventory shrinkage must be kept within SLA’s.

  • Must ensure inventory contractual obligations are met.

Your background:

As a Maintenance Inventory Control Specialist Inventory Control Specialist, you have:

  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.

  • The ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation.

  • Strong background in either maintenance, operations, or inventory with a working knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, etc preferred.

  • Able to effectively prioritize and handle simultaneous responsibilities with strong written and oral communication skills, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
