Technical Lead – Hybrid position; at least 1 day in the office per week Approximately 40 hours per week; salary range for this position is from $120,162.00 to $133,257.00 per year.

As a Technical Lead, architect/design framework for new products and re-architect/re-design existing products. Manage solutions and features from end to end technology prospective. Provide technical solutions and support existing products. Lead design from concept through implementation. Plan and facilitate in systems and platform upgrades, service and preventative maintenance. Ensure documentation for stakeholders and internal teams is developed and maintained. Integrate user research into the product development process. Hybrid position; Requires at least 1 day in office per week and as needed.

Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Software Designer/Developer with SOA/SAAS/Microservice architecture or a related role. Must also possess at least 4 years of experience in software engineering/development with the Microsoft Stack; at least 4 years of Production Support experience with applications based on Microsoft technologies like Classic ASP, IIS, ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET Windows Forms; at least 3 years of experience developing/using Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, WCF, REST based services, C#, and Net Core; at least 3 years of experience in CI/CD, supporting and maintaining deployments configuration for multiple environments using tools like Octopus and configuring and maintaining automated builds using tools like TeamCity; at least 3 years of experience working in a Logistics domain; at least 2 years of experience in Cloud solutions and Microservices based applications; and at least 2 years of experience developing on legacy ASP web applications. Must also possess Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification or similar training.
