As an eCommerce Sales Consultant within our Digital Shipping Solutions team, you’ll be focused on acquiring new mid-market eCommerce customers for our Shipping 360 software platform. We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is excited to execute the go-to-market strategy for our fast-growing software business unit. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a consultative sales approach, polished presentation skills, and a successful track record of onboarding customers, we would love to hear from you. The Base Salary for this position is $55000-$75000 with an On Target Incentive (OTI) of 70k.

You will

  • Own the full sales cycle (i.e., from lead generation to closing) for our Shipping 360 software solution, with a focus on generating new business with mid-market eCommerce companies ($30-350M of annual revenue)

  • Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on which of our products or services will best fit their needs

  • Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships across a wide array of prospects and customers

  • Assist our inside sales / business development reps in prospecting and generating leads, and build a pipeline of new prospects utilizing sales tactics

  • Become an industry expert in eCommerce for global and domestic logistics, a well as a product expert that can identify and resolve inefficiencies and pain points in customer workflows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our software products and identify new opportunities for company growth based on customer feedback

  • Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies

  • Build relationships with decision makers at all levels across a diverse set of industries

  • Record all activities in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management and perform various administrative duties as needed

You have

  • 3+ years in B2B sales

  • Strong understanding and priori experience of shipping logistics, e-commerce, and/or B2B SaaS products

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience to match)

  • A clear track-record of closing new business and exceeding sales quotas

  • Comfort with ambiguity, agility in your ways of working, and a willingness to adapt based on new information

  • A love to win, build high-performing teams and operate with intensity and integrity

  • Used consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and promote services

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
